The Africa Heritage Society ("AHS") is a Pan-African, non-profit association of corporates and individuals who constitute the membership of the body. The principal aim of AHS is to put Africa and its various interests at the centre of business strategy. Further, it seeks to understand, shape, document and promote business best practices in Africa. Accordingly AHS considers vital the issues of sustainable profitability, social responsibility, Black Empowerment, all resting on a full and clear understanding of the African experience, African history, African values, environmental concerns and the African political milieu.

 

AHS Johannesburg

Johannesburg CBDEarly in the year 2006 Africa Heritage Society, headquartered in Johannesburg Rivonia, decided to further enlarge its operations by means of incorporating divisions in other areas/regions within Southern Africa. In order to pursue their common agenda towards contributing to the success of our country, they recognized the importance of creating & enhancing value to the organisation by implementing to package it with a symbiotic relationship between themselves & other partners.

A joint decision was reached by Directors Mr Mariemuthu & Mr Mawere to broaden AHS by means of developing the Johannesburg Chapter to take on the management of their administrations, thus minimizing tasks & sharing the vast number of responsibilities at hand in order to have sufficient productivity & efficiency within the organisation.

Meetings in the months that followed suggested ideas abVinesh Sukrajout innovations and improvements & it was for these reasons that AHS formally established another operational office at the centre of Johannesburg on the 1st February of 2006, with Mr Sukraj Vinesh appointed as its head Supervisor. Operations commenced on August the 5th 2009, formal workers were thereafter appointed to deal with the different areas of business.
