MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

Individual Membership

There are three categories of individual membership largely determined by professional experience. These are namely Primary, Executive & Presidential Membership.

Primary Membership

This is our renowned entry-level membership that attracts core benefits offered by the Society at an annual fee of R100. Once your membership is accepted, you will receive an AHS Advantage Card which gives you deep discounted member rates for charged AHS events, voting rights, the ability to affiliate with the Special Interest Groups, receive the monthly newsletter, participation in Member surveys and receipt of results thereafter, inclusion in Who's Who Membership database and other member 2 member and peer 2 peer benefits.

In addition, you will receive an ID and password via email that gives you access to the Africa Heritage Who's Who Membership database on the AHS website. The global membership database is an ever growing, priceless directory of AHS members located worldwide. Through our common bond as AHS members, the directory has proved to be a great business networking tool with limitless opportunities.

Executive Membership

Join our exclusive sector specific membership club for senior level industry professionals with a unique package of networking and information tools. Key sectors include but are not limited to;

Executive members receive all the features of primary membership. In addition, they get member only invitations to sector specific events and unique secure online networking tool. Executive Members also have access to the Business Card Database consisting of thousands of contacts that can be filtered by sector, location, name, country etc. The Annual fee is R 1,000.

Presidential Membership

A club for leading business leaders from around the world offering members a unique opportunity to interact with peers both online and at exclusive member events. These are major decision makers and distinguished leaders who influence policy. Presidential members also receive all the features of executive membership. The Annual fee is R 10,000.

Corporate Membership

Corporate Membership is divided into 2 categories depending on the number of professional employees working in the organisation;

SMME Membership (less than 20 employees) at R 2,000 per annum; &

Big Business Membership (more than 20 employees) at R 20,000 per annum.
